The improvements of technology has enriched the livelihood of the human race but resulted in the trade off in the increase of pollution and damage to Earth. The emission of CO2 has increased global warming and dramatic climate changes. As damages to Earth rapidly continue, so has the effort to decrease carbon emission by switching from traditional sources of energy to renewables.

 

The switch to clean, renewable energy is no longer a hidden secret but the conscious of Taiwan and the global society. Not only has Taiwan implemented rules to regulate high energy usage companies, but more and more companies have joined the RE100 community to combat damages to Earth.
